As of January 1, 2026, I no longer offer in-office sessions.

Payment Policy:

  • I require all clients to have a valid credit card on file at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.
  • Your card will not be charged until the start of your session.
  • Your credit card is kept on file for your convenience or to cover unpaid balances, no-shows, or late cancellations.
  • I do not accept cash.

Insurance:

  • I do not offer direct billing. You will receive a receipt that you can submit to your insurance or health wellness plan for possible reimbursement.
  • It’s important to note that not all insurance plans provide reimbursement for every counsellor; some may have specific stipulations regarding the providers or the credentials required for reimbursement.
  • Additionally, certain plans may offer limited benefits that can be exhausted quickly. Therefore, it may be beneficial to select a therapist who aligns well with your needs and budget.
  • I do not guarantee that any of my services will be covered by your specific insurance plan.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
