Booking an appointment is easy!

  1. Select the service you desire.
  2. On the calendar select a date and time that best suits you.
  3. Complete the online booking process.

Payment Policy:

  • I require all clients to have a valid credit card on file at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. This includes EFAP/EAP clients. Your card will not be charged until the start of your session.
  • Your credit card is kept on file for your convenience to cover session fees, unpaid balances, no-shows, or late cancellations.
  • I do not accept cash or e-Transfers.

EFAP/EAP and Insurance Billing:

  • I direct bill EFAP/EAPs who have pre-authorized services.
  • I do not direct bill insurance companies. You will receive a receipt that you can submit to your insurance or health wellness plan for possible reimbursement.
  • I do not guarantee that any of my services will be covered by your specific insurance plan.

For over 30 years I’ve been helping individuals and couples heal and grow through life’s challenges.

I hold a Master of Arts in Psychology. I am registered with the Association of Counselling Therapists of Alberta (ACTA) as a Counselling Therapist and Addiction Counsellor.

Additionally, I am a Certified Canadian Addiction Counsellor (CCAC), an International Alcohol Drug Counsellor (ICADC), a Certified Canadian Addiction Counsellor (CCAC), a Substance Abuse Professional, and a Certified Clinical Supervisor Addiction Counsellor (CCS-AC).

I provide individual evidence-based therapy and treatment in a compassionate, supportive, and life enriching way. My goal with every client remains constant: to create an environment that is both empathic and non-judgmental while providing skills and techniques you can use your entire life.
